Bluetooth 4

Just a quick update, the Bluetooth 4 BLE kit version is coming along well. I've milled the first prototype PCBs and have been testing them. I still have a few tweaks to make and then I will send off for some manufactured PCBs to test. This is a mostly through hole kit layout, I also have a surface mount only layout that will be ready after the kit. I will get the files for these posted as soon as I finish testing.
